There are three facts in an organization:
1. They cannot exist or thrive for long without the hierarchy of bosses. As humans, we need a structure in our activities, and a proper structure can not exist without bosses.
2. Bosses usually get the rewards. The higher they are in the ladder, the bigger their paychecks. They get the corner offices, company cars, perks of prestige and power, and other rich rewards.
3. The rewards will go to those who want to reach out and get them. The people who become bosses do so because they recognize this reality and act on it.
