Surprising reports from two national surveys are revealed. It is regarding the attitude of employees towards the position of their bosses. There are a few ambitious people, but a majority of employees do not want to be the boss.
One of the studies was conducted by William and Mary University business school and the results declared the following: only 21% want to have the job of their bosses; a big 66% said “no”; and 13% were undecided. Another survey resulted in a 71% declaration that they would rather not have their boss’ job. Does this mean that people don’t want increased responsibility?
