Hiring the wrong person for the job is a costly mistake because of the time and energy put into hiring and training. Employers need to find answers to three questions during their interview process:

1. Does this person have the skills to perform the job?
2. Will this person be responsible?
3. Does this person fit into our culture?

Focus your interview on answering the Big Three:

* Let the employer know you can do this job – show them you have the necessary skills and abilities. Give them examples of how you would perform the skills needed, including suggested accommodations.

Not all job opportunities out there are good. That’s why you need to study it well before grabbing it. Sometimes, being a freelancer is good for those people who don’t have that much responsibilty but for those people who have families it’s not good due to the support that you will need to give your family. Most of the opportunities I see over the net are affliated with Marketing: paid- to- click; Multilevel Marketing; Social networking and etc. And most of the persons who grabs these kind of opportunities are mostly house wives, who doesn’t do anything at home during the off peak hours because sometimes they’re bored and instead of chatting with their friends or watching the television, all they have to do is just one click away from the internet to make some easy cash. I admit that, even I does this kind of activity to earn extra income and I also enjoy it because the earning experience but also because of the enjoyment I feel through sharing my opinions and feelings to other readers.
